For approximately 13 years I have established a career in Software QA Engineering, working at various companies performing daily manual testing & maintenance for numerous websites & mobile applications. Over time i have learned various programs for writing test plans for execution to verify proper functionality & regression, along with tracking defects and releasing builds to verify customer satisfaction for the websites or applications used. 

My most recent education complete was in 2010 at Montclair State University, graduating with a B.A in Communication studies.
