Nia Walker

I am a student at UCLA majoring in Sociology with a pre-law focus, passionate about pursuing a career in sports and entertainment law. My experience in leadership, communication, and time management—honed through internships and working with children—has prepared me to thrive in fast-paced environments. I am eager to gain hands-on experience in the legal field, develop my skills, and contribute meaningfully to a team. 

I interned at the Santa Barbara District Attorney Office where I assisted with case research, document preparation, and trial preparation while gaining firsthand experience in the legal system through court observations. In addition, I worked as a camp counselor at Sierra Canyon Day Camp for multiple summers, leading and supervising groups of children while developing strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. These experiences have helped me build a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate effectively in professional settings.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a pre-law track at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), with an expected graduation in June 2026. My coursework has strengthened my analytical and research skills, providing a strong foundation for my future in the legal field.
