Neli Dokova

I am a passionate holistic practitioner with a background of Lifestyle Medicine degree, certified wellness coach, yoga teacher and mainly Reiki practitioner and teacher. I have had over 12 years of experience in the customer service field, ranging from working with children, elderly care, restaurants, management, front desk/wellness studios, and currently trauma healing with my personal business as Love What IS Healing. I strive to continuously expand myself in the service field by connecting with many people, forming community, and nourishing the nervous system in the many ways possible! Always curious to learn and grow from experience, as well as take education courses and expand my knowledge, love and wisdom. 

I have a B.S. in Lifestyle Medicine, with positive psychology and wellness coaching. This education plays as a foundation in my personal practice as a Reiki practitioner and teacher. Lifestyle medicine has targeted the understanding of establishing healthy habits in life in order to sustain being healthy. This includes wellness in nutrition, exercise, finances, career, relationships, family, spirituality, etc. With my Reiki certifications, I target a lot of spiritual wellness as a way to deepen one's sense of purpose and inner connection.
