Nayeli Andrade

I have been in the Sales Specialty business since March 2020. I am passionate about the idea that my customers go home content with the help and service I have provided them. Some special skills I have mastered are being able to be organized, having constant communication with my customers, coaching new employees in the work environment, leadership skills, and conflict resolution. 

Currently, at The Home Depot, located at 12730 W. Lake Houston Pkwy, Houston Tx, 77044. I am a Sales Specialist for the Flooring Department, Appliance Department, and Millworks Department, I am also a coach for new associates, and a cashier/special service associate. As a specialist, I am required to give customers the best experience possible and be a helping hand to their home renovation projects. I always let my customers know the good, better, best products that we offer at The Home Depot. Specialists have certain metrics to meet every week and be able to follow up with our customers via phone and email. As a coach, I am required to train and help new associates feel comfortable asking for help and be able to do the daily basis routine as an associate for Home Depot. As a cashier, we are the last stop for customers to attend to. We are required to make sure that they had an excellent experience at the store make sure they have everything they need for their project. Cashiers are also required to ask the customer if they want to apply for the Home Depot Credit Card and let them know to do our survey. As Special Services Associates, we are required to check orders for customers and return items that customers no longer need and if anything goes wrong with an order, we are required to make sure why and where it went wrong. And make sure the customers have the best experience as possible with a proper resolution to their customer order problem. I have worked with Home Depot for 3 years going on to 4 years on August 15. The reason Why I am applying for a different job is that I personally feel that it is time for me to work somewhere near where I will be working in the future. Although optical is not the same as radiography I will at least have the experience. 

I am a current college student at San Jacinto College. I am currently finishing my General Studies Associate and I will be graduating on May 15, 2024. After my general studies associate, I will be going back to school as Radiography Technician.
