Experience
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the successful deployment of Par Excellence Systems’ medical supply chain technology solutions within Veterans Affairs (VA) hospitals and healthcare facilities. This role ensures seamless integration of automated supply management systems, enhances operational efficiency, and supports hospital staff in adopting best practices for inventory and logistics. The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in bridging healthcare operations, technology, and supply chain workflows to optimize patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
System Implementation & Integration
Lead end-to-end implementation of Par Excellence’s medical supply management platform across VA hospital departments.
Configure hardware and software systems for real-time inventory monitoring and automated replenishment.
Ensure integration with existing ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Lawson, PeopleSoft, or VA-specific systems) for seamless data flow.
Training & User Adoption
Provide on-site and virtual training sessions for hospital supply chain staff, nurses, and administrators.
Develop user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training documentation.
Support staff during system go-live and ensure a smooth transition from manual processes to automated solutions.
Education
I am pursuing my MBA in Project Management at Grand Canyon University. I have 2 credits remaining to complete my degree.
