Natasha Oshiro

Natasha Oshiro has over 27 years of experience in various aspects of the construction industry, working in both Nevada and Southern California. On the general contracting side, she has worked in Business Development, Purchasing, Pre-Construction and in operations as a Project Manager. She has served as the owner’s representative, as a staff extension for general contractors and as a CM consultant for various firms. As an Owner’s representative Natasha has negotiated various projects and managed many general contractors. She has facilitated all types of construction contracts including design-build projects, negotiated projects and lump sum projects both as an owner’s representative and as a general contractor. Her experience includes low-rise office, retail construction, large custom residential, industrial parks, public works projects, street improvement projects, facilities maintenance & capital programs projects. Natasha has been instrumental in the success of various projects through her diligence, research, management and organizational skills. These skills can be used to support an outstanding team within an organization that aims for excellence.
