Experience

With 9 years of experience in Human Resources across diverse industries, including healthcare, hospitality, and engineering, I have honed a well-rounded skill set in HR operations, employee relations, and HRIS management. I've successfully managed HR teams, processed payroll for 250 employees using Paycor, and acted as the primary contact for HRIS systems (ADP) as well as timekeeping, onboarding, and learning management systems (Greenhouse, LMS). I work closely with leadership teams to ensure seamless timekeeping, reporting, and data management using advanced tools like Power BI to create insightful, actionable spreadsheets.

In my role, I oversee all aspects of employee onboarding, ensuring all new hires have the proper documentation, conduct engaging orientations, and create comprehensive orientation materials. As a leader of the Employee Satisfaction Council (ESAT), I actively promote employee engagement and drive initiatives that improve morale. Additionally, I handle a range of employee relations matters, from benefits and payroll questions to resolving concerns submitted via a ticketing system.

I collaborate regularly with finance on payroll discrepancies, expense reports, and pay-related issues, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution. My experience spans both technical and operational HR functions, having also worked with systems like Employee Navigator in a hospital setting and a variety of HR platforms in previous roles. As an EPIC-certified Cadence user, I bring specialized knowledge of the healthcare system as well.

Education

I graduated from Holmes High School in Covington, KY, and further pursued professional development through certification in the EPIC Systems Cadence program in Madison, WI. Currently, I am enrolled in the Bachelor’s program at Strayer University, focusing on enhancing my knowledge and skills in Human Resources and business management to continue driving impact in my career.
