About Natalie Spencer:
I'm originally from Boise, ID and graduated from OHSU School of Nursing in Klamath Falls, OR in 2022. My wife and I moved to Austin, TX where I started my nursing career and worked at St. Davids Medical Center at a Level IV NICU. I have a passion for the NICU as I was a NICU baby myself. I love being a patient advocate for this vulnerable patient population and continuing to learn and grow my skills and knowledge. I have taken care of complex micro-premature babies born as early as 22 weeks gestation and have experience with HFOV, HEI, EVD, shunts and reservoir, gastroschisis, omphaloceles, TEF/EA, chest tubes, palliative care, CFM/vEEG, tracheostomies and other surgical infants.
