Naoko Miyado Towne

With over 20 years of experience in HR and Payroll, I bring a deep understanding of U.S. payroll processes, as well as extensive knowledge of state and federal regulations. Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for accuracy, compliance, and reliability—qualities that ensure smooth and efficient payroll operations. I am a quick learner and highly detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering precise, timely results. I’m confident that my expertise and dedication can add significant value to the new team and contribute to the continued success of the organization.

I worked at Cable One, Inc for 20 years. My majority of time was spent by leading over 15 years of bi-weekly Payroll processing across 21 States for 2700 employees. This includes garnishments, General Ledger reconsolidation, Payroll Tax, Compensation and Benefits Administrations. 

For a few years, I have led a few HR and Payroll related projects including 3 M&A and 4 HRIS implementations.

I have also promoted into HR Project Manager roles to support entire HR team with their implementations, expansions and policy creations.

I graduated from Wake Tech Community College received AA for Hotel Management in 1999.
