• Setup, Monitor, Test our NMS, Mosaic Network Controller to manage ADTRAN Optical core Fiber service platform devices on UNIX/LUNIX and Windows OS
• Commission F7, F8 networks to the specific needs of a service provider and manage with our Network Controller. 
• Testing Network Element Discovery, housekeeping actions such as network element backups or software downloads and monitor network health.
• Enable Service activation to turn on Data Service end to end, handsfree across our core networks using our Control plane based Network Intelligence.
• Test a comprehensive network management solution for advanced operation and control of multi-technology networks. Help to isolate faults, gather performance data and deliver comprehensive reporting so operational staff can easily and efficiently manage the optical network.
• Track product features from the market requirement specification (MRS) through the concept definition, functional decomposition, system design, implementation, and test phases through to product release.
• Review, align, and maintain the system architecture specification (SAS) and functional specifications (SFS) throughout the product lifecycle development process.
• Validate Functional specifications to capture user-visible functional requirements, system-wide functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and system architecture.
• Interface with Product Management (PLM) on technical issues, such as the fulfillment of requested features, clarification of feature or functionality expectations, scope, and coverage.
• Interface with development teams, Product Owners, and Value Stream Owners to align the defined solution and its implementation. Explore options to simplify and reduce overall development efforts.
• Provide technical support and input for customer trials. Debug issues in customer networks and provide timely solutions by collaborating with development teams.
• Ensure adherence to applicable internal and external standards, collaborate working with different vendor devices.
• Review the test strategy for system integration and verification tests.
• Evolving Network controller with the advancements in the hardware product portfolio starting at 2.5Gigs to 1024Gigs
• Testing solution for seamless migration from manual operations to automated control.
• Test disaster recovery by setting up optical networks with multiple protection paths, restoration paths to timely restore traffic.
