I am a transformational coach, motivational speaker, and art therapist whose life’s work was born from the ashes of personal pain. My journey has taken me through some of life’s darkest valleys, overcoming the weight of childhood trauma, surviving a life-threatening battle with cancer, and navigating years of depression and anxiety that often made simply existing feel unbearable. But even in the depths of those moments, there was a quiet voice within me that refused to give up. Through my own healing, I discovered the liberating power of self-expression, the sanctuary of stillness, and the extraordinary strength that comes when we choose to face our wounds with courage.

For the past five years, I’ve had the honor of working as an art therapist, guiding both teens and adults through the healing process using creativity as a catalyst for transformation. I’ve seen firsthand how colors, textures, and images can express what words cannot, and how art can help untangle trauma stored deep within the body and spirit. As a transformational coach, I have spent the last several years facilitating workshops, meditation classes, and retreats that create sacred space for reflection, release, and renewal. Whether leading intimate groups or one-on-one sessions, my approach is heart-centered and rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing what's broken,it's about remembering who we truly are beneath the pain.

With four years of experience as a motivational speaker, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my story on stages where I speak openly about trauma, resilience, healing, and hope. I don’t just speak to inspire, I speak to connect, to remind others that they are not alone, and that their pain has the potential to become their greatest teacher. I have led community healing circles, co-created retreats focused on inner child healing and emotional release, and developed programs that combine movement, art, mindfulness, and coaching to nurture both the soul and nervous system.

Every space I enter, I bring with me compassion, authenticity, and the lived wisdom of someone who has walked through fire and emerged softer, stronger, and more rooted in purpose. I am living proof that your past does not define you, that with the right support, creativity, and courage, anyone can rise, reclaim their voice, and create a life that's boundless. 

I am a transformational coach, art therapist, motivational speaker, and multi-passionate professional with over a decade of experience delivering heart-centered service and life-changing experiences across a range of industries.

My career journey spans everything from financial services and corporate operations to education, art therapy, and high-touch client care. I’ve served as a teller at Wells Fargo, a peer counselor and tutor in college, and worked in elementary schools supporting bilingual students in literacy and social-emotional development. I led after-school art programs for children with special needs and worked as a portrait and fine art photographer, capturing people’s stories through a creative lens.

For nine years at Apple Inc., I specialized in handling escalations, managing special projects, and providing innovative, compassionate solutions to complex customer issues. At Restoration Hardware, I provided white-glove service, guiding design-to-delivery orders and elevating the luxury experience for VIP clients with precision, grace, and care.

Today, I lead from the heart as an art therapist, life coach, and speaker, helping people heal, reconnect, and rise into their full potential. I’ve facilitated art and meditation-based workshops, coaching groups, and retreats that awaken creativity, emotional clarity, and inner peace. My passion for guiding transformation has led me to become a published author and Amazon best-seller alongside Les Brown.

I am known for my excellence in client care, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence. At the core of all I do is the belief that healing, empowerment, and meaningful connection are not only possible, they are our birthright. My mission is to help others find their light, rewrite their narrative, and step into a life that reflects their truest self.
