MyLinh Murphree

I’m a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for solving complex challenges through creativity, collaboration, and data-driven insights. With dual B.A. degrees in Human Dimensions of Organizations and Sustainability Studies and a Business minor from UT Austin, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to every project. My experience spans project management, marketing strategy, and business development, where I’ve streamlined processes, improved efficiency, and executed impactful initiatives.

Outside of work, I thrive on exploration and personal growth. I’ve traveled to 17 countries in the past three years, hiked the equivalent of three marathons in New Zealand, and recently developed a love for Muay Thai. I believe in combining grit with curiosity—whether it’s in the office or the great outdoors.

As a Project Manager at Calque, I lead cross-departmental initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency, including the development of an automated KPI dashboard that informs strategic decision-making. I work directly with the CEO to identify operational bottlenecks across departments, develop strategic plans to address them, and manage the projects that implement these solutions. 

In my previous role as a Digital Marketing Associate, I managed client onboarding for accounts totaling over $6 billion in revenue, executed multi-channel marketing campaigns, and conducted detailed analyses to optimize targeting and refine strategies.
