Design and audit safety programs – from biosafety and chemical hygiene plans to emergency response procedures – so startup labs hit regulatory marks (OSHA, EPA, CDC/NIH guidelines) without slowing their science.

Implement digital safety management with platforms like SafetyAmp, giving teams real-time inspection logs, incident reporting, and analytics they can act on.

Coach scientists and founders through hazard assessments, lab build-outs (e.g., separating mammalian tissue-culture from new bacterial suites), and permitting, translating regulations into practical bench-top SOPs.

Develop training content – recently, an online medical-waste-handling course – to keep rapidly growing teams compliant and confident.

In short, I bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and rock-solid safety culture, so innovators can scale safely and regulators stay happy.
