Media Specialist/Office Clerk, Victory Outreach San Diego, San Diego CA — 2012-2015

Broadcasted web streams, presented live events on stage projector, and edited videos. Utilized Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects to create promotional materials. Implemented ProPresenter software to upgrade the existing stage productions. Worked with professional Sony cameras, avid sound board, and worked on stage equipment maintenance.

Theatrical Production Specialist/Media, O’Farrell Middle School, San Diego CA — 2009-2010

Assisted with the lighting, lite music scoring, casting, general theatrical production aspects of a 2 hour long play, rehearsals, lighting techniques (including using lighting gels), costume selection, set design, and worked with an avid soundboard connected to the main theatre stage speakers.

Administered media production duties, from disk duplication, to media printing, to clerical tasks.

Worked with a non profit organization, Casa Reposo House of Rest, in getting them started in a feature length film in a seminar with SDMAC’s founder Ethan Van Thillo. I also attended various workshops with San Diego Media Arts Center.

Film/Media Production, Groovy Like a Movie, San Diego CA — 2003-2004
Learned about the basics of film and media production. Worked on ‘practice’ aspects of shooting a film, from considering the weather when shooting, to actually using a studio to record sound and video, to using post production software to enhance the look of a movie.

Directed an award winning special effects short film, showcased it in a film festival with industry professionals.

Webmaster, San Diego Senior Olympics, San Diego CA — 2002-2002
Administered database archives of athletes, served as the webmaster, attended a luncheon seminar, and represented organization in career festival. All made possible through High Tech High internships in junior year.
