I am a mother, wife, business woman , dedicated and caring doctor. I love to help contribute to the bigger picture to help change the traditional allopathic model of treating disease mindset. I am dedicated to helping and educating people on how to prevent sickness and disease instead of treating it. I am looking forward to educating the community for a healthier and more promising future. 

My professional experience has been very educational and has truly allowed me to find my niche. I have worked with many professionals and have learned the "dos" and the “don't s ”of being an owner, associate, staff member as well as how to keep work and home life separate. My experiences have taught me where and who I want to work for. I am not in this profession for the money. I am in it for changing lives and working with a team to make a greater impact. The problem with out healthcare system is that we don't work as a team. I'm looking for a group that I can mesh with to make an impactful change in the community. 

I have worked in a structural chiropractic office that gave me a great foundation, however care was not specialized to an individual. This was a high volume office which gave me a lot of experience, however, I only typically spent 3-4 minutes with a patient which typically was not enough time to get to know the person as a whole. 

After I moved, I began working for myself which was a challenge. I accepted an Independent contracting position that did not have all the tools that I felt I needed, e.g., x-rays, decompression, other therapeutic modalities or rehab. This office was not a total fit for me but was where I was introduced in treating prenatal, postnatal and pediatric patients which I enjoy.  I later moved into a mobile Chiropractic Business which I loved but after carrying a table around for the last few years I'd like to be a little more grounded. 

Another associate position focused on Upper Cervical chiropractic which I truly appreciate, however, again it was a one size fit all approach and did not work for everyone. 

I felt very satisfied working in my last associate position in a integrated chiropractic/medical office. However, due to the lack of organization and late office hours (8pm) I felt I could not balance it with my home life. I later went back to assist the doctor with oversight of the clinic as well as chiropractic associate duties due to the doctor's medical condition. I loved the idea of the office and knew I wanted to continue to work in this type of clinic however, not this one in particular.  

I feel my most relevant education has been learning through the experiences of previous jobs and from my patients.
