I currently supervise other board certified behavior analysts under me to ensure high clinical quality and client progress through quality assurance checklists, treatment plan audits and active, ongoing collaboration with the staff. I also help lead a team of 30 direct therapists by providing initial and ongoing training and supervision, leading and facilitating clinical growth conversations and help maintain operational standards in the clinic. I have.a Masters in Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis.
