Led and conducted operational research, baseline, end-line studies, and evaluations with expertise using mixed methodology approach in research design, sampling techniques, research limitations, and assumption/risk; have developed research tools, pre-tested them, and managed fieldwork. at least 4 years working experience in OFAD/USAID funded program in Save the Children International and plus two years currently working in ISLA/USAID funded program in Tetra Tech ARD.

Have Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Economic Extension  from Kabul University, Afghanistan .
