I have over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, in an administrative capacity. I have experience in prior authorizations, referrals, customer service, claims and patient facing roles. I have worked in medical offices, hospitals and in a remote environment. I am currently completing classes to obtain my Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification.
