Starting any research journey begins with one of the most crucial decisions you'll make: choosing the right project topics. It sounds simple, but in reality, this step often sets the tone for everything that follows—your motivation, the depth of your insights, and ultimately, the impact of your work.

As a researcher and writer working across social sciences, technology, and health, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the process of defining and refining a project topic. Whether I’m exploring emerging trends in digital health, analyzing behavioral shifts in online communities, or examining policy implications in public health, the clarity and relevance of the topic always shape the quality of the outcome.
