I use to have my own cleaning company it taught me a lot about bosses and the stress they are under managing the everyday tasks they have to see that get done. From scheduling employees and businesses, payroll, hiring employees, ordering supplies, and to sometimes firing employees and the dreaded computer work that is never ending.
