Greetings! I am a highly professional and accomplished site acquisition agent experiences with transactions for both raw land and existing towers/structures. My background includes 10+ years in wireless telecom real estate acquisition, 3 years of commercial site acquisition for both regional and national retail/hospitality chains (both company-owned and franchised). In addition, I have been a licensed Virginia Realtor and Notary Public since 1994 and am in the process of acquiring a brokerage license in North Carolina, soon to be followed with real estate licenses in SC, Georgia, Florida and Alabama.

Special skills include zoning and permitting expertise and one year of graduate coursework toward a Master of Urban Planning degree. I am seeking relocation in SEPT/OCT 2022 to one of the above-mentioned southeastern states, or within central Virginia, where I currently reside. Remote and field/home office work preferred; able to travel within markets to best achieve management and client goals.
