Hello everyone, I am Michelle and I have over 20 years of experience in the medical field. I have worked in many different practices and specialties obtaining authorizations for many different medical procedures. My last job was using Epic and working as a contractor for Sutter Health remotely obtaining authorizations. I hope I can be of assistance for you remotely as well since my last contracted ended October of 2025. Hope to hear from you.

I have worked in orthopedics, Physical therapy, diagnostics, CPAP and much more. I have worked in call centers, doctors offices, front and back offices from taking vitals to making appointments with electronic medical records such as EPIC.
