In my role as a Case Manager, I have worked to promote the inclusion of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing guidance, crisis intervention, and access to essential community resources. My background also includes medical assisting, office management, and personal support roles, where I have consistently demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and compliance with HIPAA standards.

In addition to my advocacy and healthcare experience, I also work as a freelancer with a wide range of digital skills. I specialize in proofreading, data entry, OCR (photo-to-text and text-to-text transcription), and completing micro-tasks across online platforms. Accuracy, organization, and reliability are my top priorities, and I bring the same level of professionalism to freelance projects as I do to case management and administrative work.
