1. I've worked in the Healthcare sector for the biggest part of my life. I'm passionate for interacting with patients/residents, family, employees. I care first and foremost about the well being and quality of life of others. I've worked in several nursing homes as a CNA, but I also worked myself up and eventually became apart of management, with my last job in Healthcare being a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor. I didn't have that one on one care with the patient/resident, but I continued to have a vital role in their care. With making sure that they had a clean and safe environment. I strive to have a happy patient, visitor, company. 

Started out early in live as a CNA, where I completed direct care with patients. Personal care, ensuring safety and maintaining good quality of life care. 

I worked with the same company and worked my way up to Office Manager. Where I completed payroll, accounts payable, invoices, while also getting to interact with family and residents. 

After working as an office manager I was offered the position of Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor, where I was responsible for not only my 16 employees, but the entire house team. Maintaining a clean and safe environment, not only for residents,  but for family, visitors and Making our company be first and foremost, but always look presentable and stay presentable.
