Oversees Bee Campus USA reporting, utility data audits, and AASHE STARS submissions. Improves operational efficiency through system restructuring and cross-departmental collaboration.

Directed a team of 100+ delivery drivers, overseeing daily operations, route management, payroll, and training. Collaborated with leadership to optimize KPIs, SOPs, and operational standards. Managed compliance programs, benefits, claims, fleet operations, and implemented continuous improvement strategies.
