Behavioral Technician
In my position, I work with kids with autism and social skill problems by applying behavioral analysis and following the treatment plan given by my supervisor. The treatment plan consists of a set of goals that I have to teach and measure. My position also requires me to collect and record data on patient behavior. I help my patients by building communication, socialization, self-help, independence, and playing skills. If needed, I provide crisis intervention.
