Michael B. Worden is an experienced project management and Agile/SAFe coach with a background in leading Lean-Agile transformations, project portfolios, and PMOs. His career spans over 20 years across industries, with recent roles as a Release Train Engineer at Delta Dental, a Portfolio Advisor at Meijer, and IT leadership at Franciscan Alliance. He holds a Master’s in Technology Management, a PMP certification, and multiple SAFe certifications, including SPC and LPM. Worden also teaches at Davenport and Grand Valley State University, where he contributes his expertise in Agile, change management, and project management.

Michael B. Worden holds a Master’s in Technology Management from Davenport University (2022) and a Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Project Management from Capella University (2010).
