Analyzing prior transactions and examining current financials statement for recommendations 

Processing multi-state payroll utilizing multiple HRIS systems 

Reviewing daily activity and managing issues that arise from outgoing AP payment selections


Preparing month end reconciliations and coordinating timely reporting with the team. 
Completing month-end processes to report to managers and owners 

 
Updating reports for accuracy and timely reporting utilizing Excel 


Performing daily bank reconciliations, entering deposits and j/e’s for other transactions 


Assisting with software implementation and calculating ending and beginning balances

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration 

Associates degree in Accounting 

working towards an PHr certification and Payroll certification (expected to have in 2025)
