About Michael Scudero:
I am currently a Physical Education Teacher and the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Wekiva High School. We had a tremendous season this year at Wekiva (2023). A few highlights:
- Best regular season record in school history (19-7)
- Best start in school history (8-0)
- Undefeated at home (11-0)
- Best batting average in school history (.307)
- Best team E.R.A in school history (2.80)
- 165 stolen bases (best in school history and 4th in the state of Florida)
I was also named the 2023 Metro West Baseball Coach of the Year. Additionally, during my tenure at Wekiva, I have increased the program's winning percentage by 300% from 8 wins (2018-2020) to 35 wins (2021-2023)
