About Michael Nash:

My name is Michael Jean Nash I am 71, Combat Army Vet 1972. I have worked as a Smoke Jumper and helicopter crew chief for the US Forest Service from 1974 to 1992. 

Experience

I worked for 20 years as a Network Operations Manager for Department of Defence ( US Marine Corp) Barstow California since 2013 to 2025 and was GS 12 step 7. I have some  college studying Wildlife Management. I also attended technical school studying Networking and Computer Science where I received my certificates for both.

I was a Smoke Jumper for the US Forest Service in Washington State and was the Crew Chief on a Fire Fighting Helicopter for both the US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management.

I am retired and living in Divide Co. I am active with the American Legion and VFW.

I work hard, I am punctual and i am a jack of all trades. I follow orders I and happy smile and enjoy helping people in anyway I can. 

Honest, dedicated to my job and believe everyone deserves respect and courtesy and always available to lend aa helping hand. 

 

Education

The United States Army and Us Forest Service and of course my Mom taught me to be dependable, honesty and treat others as you would like to be treated. These are my motto and LIfe goals.
