I returned to banquet serving while the pandemic unemployment was coming to an end. This was a job I had done when I was younger but soon realized how much I had missed it.

 Event serving is a team sport and I am a team player. It truly takes a village to succeed in this field and feel this is the environment and culture I excel and thrive best in. 

My food and beverage experience spans several decades, cities and positions.

Primarily I have worked as a Server, Server Assistant and Banquet Serving.

Currently, my passion is in on call caring serving.

I also have a background in post-production freelance in the arts.
