With more than 22 years of experience, I am a dedicated team player known for strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. My background includes expertise in community policing, security strategies, conflict resolution, and delivering outstanding public customer service. I am devoted to advancing safety, education, and community well-being through proactive involvement and clear, effective communication.

In 2024, I began working for the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy Service Aide, where I completed a six-week Civilian Training Academy. The training included Arizona Revised Statute Laws, First Aid, CPR, Report Writing, Radio Dispositions, Collision Investigations, Civil Citations, Scene Security, Handcuffing, Taser, Defensive Driving, and Axon. Following graduation, I participated in field training alongside multiple deputies in District 3, Surprise, Arizona. After field training, I operated a fully marked patrol vehicle, assisting deputies on low priority service calls. Reports of fraud, shoplifting, criminal damage, robbery, collisions, abandoned vehicles, and code enforcement were addressed by phone or in person.

I have 22 years of security experience in Las Vegas’s Hotel & Casino industry and am certified in CPR, AED, First Aid, defensive tactics, conflict management, surveillance, gaming, emergency response, guest relations, firearms, investigations, fraud detection, patrol, evidence handling, crowd control, and welfare checks.
