My professional journey has consisted of roles in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, and Market Development, with a focus on Financial Services, Professional Services, and Human Capital Management (HCM). I possess expertise in leading Operations initiatives aimed at Investment Banking and Sell-Side Research, Corporate Treasury, Corporate Strategy, and Small Business.
MY APPROACH TO OPERATIONS
I believe that effective Operations teams facilitate a streamlined and effective customer journey by providing a pivotal link between Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams. The Operations function enhances revenue growth by shaping and directing go-to-market strategies, breaking down unproductive silos, delivering comprehensive analytics & insights, and ultimately ensuring a smooth customer experience. From the design & execution of go-to-market strategies to defining seller roles and aligning client feedback with product development, Operations teams unify a business's value proposition, simplifying the selling process for Sales teams and the purchasing process for Buyers.
