  • Accounts Receivable & Cash Management: Bank Deposits, Wire/ACH Payments, Posting Cash to AR Sub-Ledger, Maintaining Aging Reports, Credit and Collections, AR Month-End Close.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: GAAP, Internal Controls, Tax Compliance, Journal Entries, Financial Reporting for Month/Quarter/Year-End.
  •  Software & Technology: NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Microsoft Outlook, Word, ERP Systems.
  • Cost Control & Budgeting: Expense Tracking, Variance Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, high integrity, and the ability to analyze, research, and solve financial discrepancies.
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Mandarin
