I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Trainer with over 15 years of experience.  I am passionate about creating an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere and providing achievable results for clients at all fitness levels.  My specialties include posture corrections, functional strength training, balance and more.   One of my biggest achievements is becoming a cancer exercise specialist, guiding clients who are going through treatment and in recovery stages.
