Meredith Vliet is a strategic and science-driven Senior NPD Manager with global expertise in skincare product development, specializing in clinically backed formulations, sensory innovation, and cross-functional execution. At Erno Laszlo, she leads end-to-end development across international markets, identifying white space opportunities, pitching region-specific innovations, and steering complex programs from ideation through launch. She has been instrumental in reshaping global operations through ASEAN manufacturing pivots and supplier audits, ensuring cost efficiency and executional agility. Meredith partners closely with contract manufacturers across NA, Asia, and the EU, securing timely scale-up and alignment with key stakeholders, including executive and marketing teams in both China and North America.

Previously, as NPD Manager, she launched over 10 prestige skincare products—including the sell-out 360 Full Circle Eye Serum Mask—and led the development of Erno Laszlo’s 2025 flagship VTM Tightening Treatment Mask, powered by high-efficacy actives delivering dramatic anti-aging results. Meredith built and scaled the VTM and Phelityl franchises into multi-million dollar platforms, expanding brand equity globally through consumer-led innovation. She also developed the company’s core NPD infrastructure, standardizing tools and processes to drive efficiency, traceability, and cross-regional collaboration. Her deep expertise in ingredient sourcing, concept ideation, claims storytelling, and global program management is underpinned by specialized certifications in formulation and skincare science.
