I am a junior at the University of Florida majoring in Business Administration with a specialization in Communication Studies and minoring in Communication Studies. I am applying my passions in the classroom to prepare me for the future. Recruiting, specifically executive search recruiting, is where I plan to devote my career.

Through a diverse range of work experiences, coursework, and engagement opportunities, I have honed my abilities in teamwork, leadership growth, creative problem-solving, effective time management, organizational prowess, and productive collaboration.

Executive Search Recruiting Intern

• Assist the Technology Recruiting department with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for executive-level positions

• Research market trends and potential candidates, communicating findings to the recruiting manager

• Develop, organize, and maintain the Bullhorn database of potential candidates and assist with project management

• Collaborate with senior recruiters to draft job descriptions and candidate profiles tailored to clients' needs

• Support the creation and implementation of strategic recruitment plans for Fortune 500 clients

Curinos| New York, NY​May 2024 – July 2024

Human Resources and Recruiting Intern

• Supported the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources departments with the recruiting process and other HR-related tasks.

• Generated job ad postings on LinkedIn, selected resumes, and scheduled interviews using the Smart Recruiters database.

• Conducted candidate phone screens, evaluating their qualifications, communication skills, and suitability for the position.

• Observed candidate interviews and coordinated feedback for the hiring managers.
