I worked as a customer service representative in a call center environment for a medical insurance company. I answered incoming calls and assisted customers with various questions regarding their health insurance. I also made outbound calls to customers to follow up and to other departments/companies as needed. I paid close attention to detail to ensure all policies and protocols were being followed.

I worked as a patient representative in a call center for a large eye doctors' office. I answered a multi-line phone system assisting patients. I scheduled appointments, verified insurance information, registered new patients and answered all other patient inquiries. I also worked with other departments to answer patient questions.

I worked at the front desk for a medical office. I checked in/out patients for their appointments, scheduled appointments, answered the phone line, and took co-pays. I also verified insurance and made sure referrals and pre-authorizations were in place. Performed other clerical duties such as printing, faxing, making copies, and printing labels for patient charts.

Peacehealth Urgent Care August 2020 - September 2021

I worked in a call center scheduling covid tests for the drive up covid testing site. I answered a multi-line phone system and scheduled appointments and answered various patient questions. I worked with my team to ensure patients were being scheduled in a timely manner and organized our records for patients to be called. I worked with our other medical staff to answer patient inquiries and ensure great patient care.
