I have worked for over 20 years in the customer care industry. I have been trained by various companies as an employee, and also completed psycho-geometric personality training, Starbucks elite 40 hour customer care and coffee excellence training, Expedia extensive training using multiple mediums including online, in person, both required and voluntary.

I have worked in retail in the past, and also have experience as a manager, supervisor, shift supervisor, and customer care supervisor.
