I am both an FNP-C as well as Exercise Phsyiologist, M.Ed.
I enjoy wellness, nutrition, Integrative and Functional Medicine and Family care. I am well versed in Tele-health and remote work with patients and would love to find a role with all of the above included! I am self-motivated and absolutely love to educate!

Family Medicine, Wellness/Prevention, Nutrition/Exercise for weight loss, long term care of chronic diseases and health coaching just to say a bit. I have worked 15+ years in Cardiology as well with a ton of education for patients, families and caregivers regarding diagnosis, medications, prevention and lifestyle change for successful long term life goals.

I completed my MSN, FNP at St. Louis University in 2018.
Prior to this, I attended the accelerated program at MidAmerica Nazarene University completing a BSN in 11 months as the class president.
I also have 2 degrees in Exercise Physiology both from Wichita State University; B.A. and M. Ed.
