I have been working at the Easton YMCA for about a year as a Zumba instructor. Prior to that, I have been on air, broadcasting financial news. I have alsways been active, fit and involved in my community's fitness goals

Each of my classes is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness–cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
