- Study Deliverables and Strategic Planning: Oversees the strategic planning and implementation of US study goals. Evaluates overall site recruitment, study trends, and data reports to guide internal research coordinators and external teams to address key priorities. Assists with study budgeting and funder reporting.
- Site Management: Oversees over 100 US study sites, including the selection, onboarding, funding, and enrollment processes of sites, as well as monitoring site recruitment and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions. Responsible for fostering site relationships, overseeing site protocol compliance, monitoring recruitment efforts and troubleshooting barriers to enrollment and study completion.
- Team and Vendor Management: Directly manages three clinical research coordinators who are responsible for sponsor-level site management, including monitoring site protocol adherence, facilitating site engagement, and monitoring site recruitment metrics. Responsible for contract and vendor management of all US-related vendors, such as genetic test kit vendor, CRO assisting with site management, and labs.
- Study Representative: Serves as the primary contact for US sites and frequently reports on study progress internally and externally to key stakeholders.
