Park View Community Mission, VA: Program Assistant (Intern) May 2023- July 2023

• Served and assisted 190-200 families each day, volunteering at the food programs, and created and implemented a traffic light eating program (with 35 deliverables in English and Spanish) to promote health equity and education. 
• Helped create the organization’s website more user-friendly. 

Information Technology and Resources (ITR), University of Lynchburg, VA: Graduate Assistant August 2022-Present

• Answered Help Desk calls and assisted walk-ins for technology-related issues, troubleshot and fixed user-related problems, and monitored work orders (30, on average, each day).
• Went beyond the position and worked as a technician for an entire semester because of being short-staffed.
