About McKenzie Michaels:

With over 15 years of work experience in various customer service and hospitality roles, I am a passionate, dedicated, and versatile professional who strives to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction to every client. I have a strong background in managing, bartending, and serving at Crockery Creek Saloon, where I lead a team of staff, oversee the program administration, and ensure timely and quality service. I am also ServSafe certified and have extensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. I enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I can leverage my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to meet the diverse needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.

In addition to my current role at Crockery Creek Saloon, I have also gained valuable experience as a Warehouse Tooling Specialist at SCHERDEL, where I was involved in a complete overhaul of the tooling department. I implemented new processes and organized and input over $2 million worth of tooling into a system called Manager Plus. I also communicated with international vendors, maintained inventory, placed tooling orders, and analyzed key performance indicators. I learned more about the design and function of tooling and how they can be reworked and optimized for the machines. I am currently in the process of revamping the entire tool room, where I work alongside the toolmakers and engineers. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges that can enhance my professional growth and development.

In my professional career I am quite versatile and experienced. With a diverse background in Department Coordination, Management, Customer Support, Inventory Management, Sales, and much more. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and timely service, I have excelled in roles such as a Service Department Coordinator, Restaurant Manager, and Client Service Professional. While also demonstrating expertise in cash handling, inventory management, training new employees, and implementing new processes. I am OSHA/CPR/ServSafe certified and has experience in organizing and inputting tooling data into systems, communicating with international vendors, and analyzing KPIs. I possess strong leadership and teamwork skills.
