A Fordham University graduate, Maya began her career in the Pacific Northwest before relocating to the Northeast, where she expanded her leadership and industry expertise. She has led high-performing teams, overseen successful lease-ups, and consistently delivered year-over-year NOI growth.

In 2023, Maya joined Jones Street Residential, where she currently manages a portfolio of over 1,600 units across garden-style and mid-rise communities in the Northeast. Her focus is on strategic rehabs and rent growth, contributing to the continued success of the owner-operated firm.
