I am a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience. Through my academic work, I graduated Summa cum Laude in my class. Since graduation, I have been working in clinical research in the hospital and biotechnology fields. Clinical Research Associate
- Supported the execution and monitoring of early- and late-phase clinical trials focused on cell therapy treatments for chronic B cell-mediated rheumatological and neuroinflammatory autoimmune diseases.
- Oversaw 8+ investigational sites across the U.S., conducting site qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits with a focus on compliance to ICH-GCP, FDA regulations and BMS protocols.
- Ensured proper handling, storage, and chain-of-identity/chain-of-custody procedures for autologous cell therapy products at clinical sites.

- Collaborated with neurosurgeons and administration to characterize the experience of Black and Hispanic patients seen at MGH Neurosurgery through a survey and follow-up calling using a blinded system.
- Performed statewide analysis utilizing CHIA data to ascertain the locations where Black and Hispanic patient’s vs all other race and ethnicity patients go for their neurosurgical care.
- Gathered relevant papers to support or compare our conclusions against.
- Drove towards clinical results as to whether Black and Hispanic patients experience disparate levels of access and care in MGH neurosurgery compared to all other hospitals in Massachusetts.
