I am a seasoned, professional construction manager with 20+ years of experience in the construction industry.  Experience ranges from field supervision to project management, with a focus on multi-family and commercial base building construction; both new construction and renovation. 

• Managed contracts in all phases, from pre-award to project completion; coordinated projects and managed multiple sites; oversaw the superintendent, field engineers, foremen, and tradesmen while ensuring quality assurance and compliance to all safety, environmental standards, and government regulations.
• Use of project management software Timberline to compile information for the submittal process, issue RFI’s, Change Requests, Change Orders, and PCOs and maintain all logs.
• Develop & Maintain CPM schedules based upon the scope of work and set durations accordingly to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Utilization of cost/risk/benefit analysis to identify potential areas of risk and managed job costs using construction management and accounting software.
• Successful management of multiple projects simultaneously with budgets ranging from

$200,000 -$50,000,000.

• Conducted weekly budget, scheduling, pre-construction and site meetings with staff members and subcontractors.
• Managed and work closely with the superintendent project management team in a combined effort to successfully manage multiple complex projects from start-up to closeout.
