His contributions have spanned projects such as multimillion dollar yachts, disposable drug delivery systems, and premium countertop and major appliances. In addition, Matt brought his global experience from his Whirlpool days to help recruit and nurture talent and build a cross-functional design team. He initiated university outreach and managed an internship program.
