I’ve been cooking professionally for the last 22 years. I went to the Seattle Central community college for two and a half years for both culinary and breads and dessert. I have ample years in catering experience as well as fine, dining and high volume. I have recently moved to Texas, and now looking for a new home someplace that I can cook for for the next 10 years or until retirement. i’m looking for a place to bring my abilities a culinary abilities, and my strong leadership skills. I believe the customer service starts in the kitchen.
