Matia Heslep

I have been a caregiver for the young, the elderly, and people with disabilities. The most experience I have is working with people with disabilities in a recreational, residential, and a vocational capacity for 14 years. In my spare time, I co-host a podcast discussing various disabilities and am very passionate within the field. 

I also enjoy writing in my spare time. I most commonly write short stories and poetry but am able to flex based on the needs of the client. I have been on a radio show to showcase my poetry and have taught a 6 week long poetry class.

My current profession is working in property and casualty insurance but I am always seeking opportunities to work where my passions are. Please feel free to reach out to me, I have been told I'm very approachable and am happy to share any additional information that might be helpful.
